Hub

Originally, the Community Hub was conceived around a physical presence - e.g. -Community Centres - and is still valid for those  who organise their own activities as well as renting their space to other community groups.

Many of of these community centres need the rental income -and the weekly Keep Fit, Youth Club, Bridge Club or Hobby Classes are the bread and butter of the community hall income. Some of these groups are well managed - on the other hand others may not be in such a happy position.

They are perhaps experiencing some or all of the following:

  • large swings in their membership numbers
  • trouble keeping the membership list up to date
  • cost and time of communication with members
  • time spent sending reminders
  • insufficient promotion of events

This is where a Community Hub system can help.

You can provide your groups with access to additional services which:

  • help them retain membership
  • collect their subscriptions
  • promote their events,
  • run their sessions
  • book their spaces

Once your Community Hub is up and running, you can add as many other Community Groups as you wish or you can recruit similar users to become part of your Hub.

For your community you can provide more exposure, more contact with potential customers, members and your public.

For example, you will encourage casual users from your village or town to become part of your Hub, or other groups that have a similar interest or that hold the occasional meeting and could use the additional services.
